Six friends. One conviction.
It started with long-time friends who wanted to build something together — not for a few years, but for decades. Russ, Phil, Pablo, and Marvin took the bet: ride the AI wave not as spectators, but as builders.
MarketSignal came first — a fully automated AI hedge fund, now five years running. Then these four friends partnered with Milberg, and LawGPT was founded. Long-time friends Tobin and Lance joined, bringing decades of luxury hospitality expertise, and VIVI was created.
RagDB was born because we needed affordable, scalable ingestion infrastructure that didn't exist at the price or scale we needed. MCP Gateway came later — born because VIVI needed an agent orchestration infrastructure layer. Every company was born from need — not top-down planning.
